Service Description

Cancellation Policy

Client is aware that Mimi Industry LLC is entitled to keep a 50% non-refundable deposit in case of a cancelled booking or refusal of services. Client is aware of the minimum deposit due in order for the initial booking to be reserved, after approval from our personnel. We take pride in the services we provide! If discontent with the services granted, please contact Customer Service in which we can provide a solution for the matter at hand. Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product, with your concerns and a detailed description of what you would like altered. In the event that the majority of the product has to be altered, Client will receive an updated invoice with detailed changes and price of edits listed. Pricing changes will be taken from contingency bubble stated on original invoice. If the cost of alterations is beyond the contingency bubble allotted, the Client will be made aware of these changes in order for both the Client and the company, Mimi Industry LLC, to come to an agreement of how best to move forward. If the request to make changes comes later than 24 hours after product is received, Client will have to pay $150 (flat rate) for alterations related to the original concept, along with any additional fees from the contingency bubble. Once product is received no refund, which would be equal to anything paid after the deposit, including contingency fees, will be submitted to the client. In order for the Client to receive final product, all fees must be paid in full to the company in the payment options provided. In the event of Client needing to reschedule a booking that has already been approved, Client will have to reschedule within a month from the original date booked to be in full capacity of original invoice. If the Client is unable to reschedule the booking within the month, the Client will have to pay a $250 (flat rate) as a rescheduling fee. If Client is able to reschedule within the month from the original booking, the client must reschedule for a date that is available. In the event that the company, Mimi Industry LLC, has to reschedule a booking that has already been approved, an additional service will be added to the booking. The service chosen will be the Clients choice within the jurisdiction of the services provided by the company. If no additional services are chosen, Client will receive 25% off of the final price of booking. Final price of booking equals booking fee and any contingency fees.
